BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS
All makeup and hairstyling services are provided by appointment only. Appointments are confirmed once the required booking deposit has been received. Availability is subject to confirmation.
BOOKING , DEPOSIT , CANCELLATIONS & RESHEDULING
A 30€ non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is deducted from the final cost of your service. For wedding bookings involving services on more than one date, a separate deposit may be required for each date.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the booking deposit.
One reschedule may be accommodated, subject to availability. Further changes may require a new booking and deposit.
If i am unable to provide the booked service due to illness or circumstances on my side, any deposit paid for the affected appointment will be refunded.
BRIDAL BOOKINGS
Bridal appointments, trials , timings, locations and travel arrangements are agreed individually with each client. Clients are encouraged to book wedding services well in advance to secure their preferred date.
MOBILE SERVICE & TRAVEL
I'm based in Dublin and provide mobile makeup and hairstyling services across Dublin and throughout Ireland. Travel fees may apply depending on the location and will be confirmed before the bookings is finalized.
Travel outside Ireland may be available by prior arrangement.
APPOINTMENT TIMING
Clients are responsible for being ready at the agreed appointment time. Significant delays may reduce the time available for the service or affect the agreed schedule.
For wedding bookings, sufficient preparation time should be allowed to ensure services can be completed according to the agreed wedding morning schedule.
ALLERGIES & SKIN CONDITIONS
Client should inform me before their appointment of any known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions or other relevant concerns that may affect the application of makeup, skincare or hairstyling products.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Photographs or videos of completed work will only be used for portfolio, website or social media purposes where appropriate consent has been obtained.
PRICING
Prices are based on the service, location and requirements agreed at the time booking. Any additional services, travel or changes to the original booking may result in additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.
